Energy Alliance eliminates the all to familiar rat race of being stuck on hold trying to execute a limited warrantee or guarantee through a manufacturer, by offering this local 5 years FULL parts and labor on Qualifying equipment and products installed.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – Our Contractors agree to accept both personal and company responsibility of your 100% complete satisfaction with the operation of the equipment/products provided by us and paid for by you. During the first two years, if you are dissatisfied with the operation of the equipment/product we have installed, we will promptly correct the problem. If our initial attempt to correct the problem is unsuccessful and the equipment/product is still not performing properly to the manufactures standards, and the manufacture representative has verified its failure and no other alternative is available, upon your written request we will remove the system and refund your money in full plus interest. This guarantee applies to only complete systems (such as, a furnace, evaporator coil and condenser) installed on the same date and does not apply to any partial system installations.

INSTALLATION WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE – (Applies to all types of equipment/products) - Our certified installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude, and workmanship and have been nation wide background checked and drug tested. They’ll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. they will also clean up when they are finished, and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. If when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we’ll issue you, at no charge, a 1 Year Service Agreement valued at $135.

BETTER THAN WE FOUND IT GUARANTEE – (Applies to all types of equipment/products) - We realize that most homeowner’s biggest fears are when a contractor works in the home they will make a mess and destroy their home. Because of the quality of our installation teams, we can guarantee you that we will leave your home BETTER than we found it or we will pay for a cleaning service to come to your home and clean it. We are that confident.

EXCLUSIVE “NO LEMON” GUARANTEE - We recognize that not every manufactured piece of equipment is 100% perfect, 100% of the time. We offer a “No Lemons” guarantee on our products. If your equipment/product has three failures in the first year we will replace it with a new one. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new furnace.
